Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun.

After the 24-hour cancellation window, orders are entered into our scheduled production process and can no longer be canceled.

If a cancellation request is approved within the 24-hour period, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to return your e-KRT after delivery, please refer to our Return Policy for eligibility requirements and instructions.
