Shipping

Shipping for the e-KRT is calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, and shipment weight.

We do not offer flat-rate shipping. Shipping charges reflect the actual carrier rates applicable to your order.

Battery Shipping

To comply with lithium battery shipping regulations, the removable battery is shipped separately from the e-KRT.

There is no additional shipping charge for the battery. Depending on your location, the cart and battery may arrive on different days. Separate tracking information will be provided when available.

Production & Fulfillment

Each e-KRT is produced in scheduled batches based on confirmed orders and component availability.

Estimated delivery is approximately 5–6 weeks from order confirmation. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary based on production scheduling, component availability, and carrier transit times.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If your e-KRT and battery ship separately, you will receive separate tracking updates for each shipment.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. e-KRT is not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Carrier Responsibility

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times and package handling are the responsibility of the carrier. While we work with trusted shipping partners, e-KRT cannot guarantee carrier delivery schedules or accept responsibility for delays outside our control.

This version is more complete, consistent with the rest of your site, and clearly explains the separate battery shipment so customers aren't surprised after ordering.
